Supervising for Excellence (000011)OverviewThis course is an introductory course for supervisors. The supervisory skills included in this training are: leadership styles, effective communication and supervisory responsibilities with respect to operations management, employee development, professionalism, and employment/employee relations issues. Focus is given to ensuring competencies are built according to Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) Leadership Competencies. PrerequisitesParticipants must have completed “Managing for Excellence” course or its equivalent.
