Aglearn and Skillsoft courses

Aglearn is USDA's Learning Management System for managing training records and activity at USDA. USDA has purchased an enterprise license for Skillsoft courseware which is now accessible through AgLearn. Thousands of Skillsoft courses are available including Business Skills, Leadership, Six Sigma, Communications, 1500 It Professional, and 300 IT End User courses such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access. Skillsoft is available 24/7 from anywhere an Internet connection is available. USDA employees, district employees, customers, and partners will use AgLearn to search, access, enroll in, and record all training opportunities through the web, any time, any place. Training opportunities on AgLearn will include both online courses as well as instructor-led training. A record of employee training is available in AgLearn.
